ONM&J has been providing inspection services since 1985.  Our field personnel are skilled architects, engineers, general contractors or state-certified building inspectors with 10 – 30 years of experience.  These seasoned professionals can substitute for County or City Building Inspectors ensuring that concrete pours, masonry grout and other critical path construction work can be scheduled at the client's convenience.

Threshold Inspections
These services are provided on any building which is greater than three stories or 50 feet in height, or which has an assembly occupancy classification which exceeds 5,000 square feet in area and occupant content greater than 500 persons, as defined in the Florida Building Code.

Special Inspections
Buildings that are not considered to be "Threshold" fall into this category.  We can provide inspection services on the future building shell / envelope or just the individual components as required by the Building Department and or the Florida Building Code.
